– Production of our Mugs usually takes approximately 2 to 4 business days. Our team takes meticulous care to ensure that each mug meets our stringent quality standards before it is shipped out.

Shipping Time:

Once your order has completed processing, the shipping time will depend on your specific location:

For T-shirts and Mugs in the UK and the US:
– Our standard shipping time for T-shirts and Mugs is roughly 7 to 12 business days. However, please be aware that this duration can vary due to factors such as your exact location, customs processing, and any unforeseen shipping carrier delays.

For T-shirts and Mugs outside the UK and the US:
– Please expect a shipping time of approximately 10 to 15 business days. This estimated time frame accounts for both processing and transit times.

Estimated Total Delivery Time:

Factoring in both the processing and shipping times, you can anticipate that your T-shirt order will arrive within approximately 9 to 17 business days, and your Mug order within about 9 to 16 business days if you are located in the UK or the US. For other international locations, please expect your T-shirt or Mug order to arrive within around 12 to 19 business days.

Please note that while we strive to meet these estimated delivery times, they are not guaranteed and may be impacted by external factors beyond our control. We collaborate closely with our shipping partners to minimize any potential delays and ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking:

Upon shipping your order, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery and stay updated every step of the way.

Order Processing and Cancellation:

Orders will be processed within 12 hours of placement. Should you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before the 12-hour window. After this time, we will have initiated the production and processing of your order, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
